Your duties Dealing with inbound calls from customers, engineers, and contractors.

Scheduling engineers across the UK.
Key account administration.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Confident telephone manner.
Customer focused.

This role operates core hours of M-F) with evening and weekend overtime available on a rota basis.

Starting Salary £21,424 and £22,464 after probation

OT rate:
Time and a half.
