The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised person to join our Finance team to provide administrative support. The main duties include scheduling meetings, maintaining agendas and supporting Board and Committee paper preparation.


No specific educational qualifications are required, but the post holder must be numerate and literate to the standards required by the activities of the role.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of products - Teams, Sharepoint, Word, Powerpoint and Excel is essential.

Further information
The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office.

Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
