Are you passionate about Learning and Development and HR? Our client based locally are seeking a Graduate who is wanting to develop their career within L&D and HR.

The role will be responsible for the training programme within the business and to ensurean excellent learning experience for employees.


The Learning and Development Administrator position will:

  • Research learning and development practices in order to meet organisational, departmental and individual development needs
  • Arrange trainers and venues for L&D events
  • Communicate course requirements with trainers
  • Provide a reliable point of contact for all learning and development matters
  • Carry out and produce reports on learning and development activity
  • Work towards the agreed HR performance indicators
  • Prepare or select any learning and development materials and programmes
  • Take responsibility on the testing requirements
  • Management the licence records
  • Produce and maintain accurate records of learning and development activities
  • Manage the learning and development calendar
  • Provide administrative support to the wider HR team where required
To be considered for the Learning and Development Administrator you will:

  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Have a degree or previous experience in L&D or HR
  • Be a real problem solver with ability to multitask
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Maintain excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Be able to build relationships with confidence and work with stake holders daily
  • Be a fast learner
