Pyramid8 are currently supporting a well-established Plant & Fleet company to recruit a Mobile Fitter to be based at their depot in Castleford.

The Mobile Fitter role:

You will be allocated a modern fully equipped service van, PDA and smart phone. Your backup is provided via our central service support network.
You will travel and work unsupervised at customer sites to service and repair a diverse range of LCV's, Plant and Equipment within the utilities sector.
We're looking for people who are selfmotivated, flexible, effective communicators who pride themselves in working to highstandards to provide highlevels of customer service.
A recognised apprenticeship or relevant qualifications in engineering either working with LCV's, HGV's or Plant equipment are preferred.

To be considered for this role you must:

Hold NVQ Level 3 or industry recognised qualification.
You must possess a high degree of manual dexterity demonstrated through the use of hand tools.
Be confident in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently, carrying out all statutory inspections, examinations, calibrations and service events, for all Plant & Vehicles for your nominated contracts.
Excellent customer service skills.

You will receive a basic salary of between £34,000 to £38,000, with optional paid overtime.

You can also take part in their cycle to work scheme. Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, 40-hour week. There are progression opportunities within the business.

Salary:
£34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
