Clear Sky Recruitment are pleased to be the recruiter of choice for an established manufacturer based in Caerphilly on their behalf we are souring multi skilled operatives for a range of roles inculding assembly, Machine operator and general support.

There are a number of number of shifts available to meet there increase in production

AM and PM Rotation - £9.50 - £10.46 per hour

Fixed Nights - £11.46 per hour

Responsibilities:


  • Checking the products to ensure they meet the clients high standards
  • Keeping up with the production requirements
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workstation
  • Assisting the team with other tasks.
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines
Knowledge/Skills

  • Assembly / manufacturing experience is essential
  • Be alert and inquisitive.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Good communication.
Personal Attributes

  • Attention to detail, accurate.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Able to follow and complete instructions given.
  • Motivated and ambitious.
  • Enjoy and capable of working at a high pace.
