The Role
Building relationships with clients and providing exceptional service
Dealing with enquiries relating to their client's investment portfolio
Full KYC/AML checks
Maintain product and industry knowledge in order to support clients
Ensuring that all transactions are executed and recorded on time
Delivering on projects with internal and external stakeholders
Skills / Experience
Client focused, comfortable speaking with client at all levels and building relationships
Ideally 1 years experience in Financial Services - ideally client service or operations
Keen to build a career in the Investments / Financial Services
Graduate calibre
Working towards CISI/CFA/IMC qualifications would be an advantage
Excellent administration, communication and organisational skills
