Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Call Handler to join our Mental Health Intermediate Care Team (MHICT) Administration Hub.

  • The MHICT Team manages the NHS Gloucestershire Talking Therapies service and primary care Mental Health Nursing in Gloucestershire.
  • The Admin Hub handles incoming referrals and supports the MHICT Team with administrative tasks.

You will work as part of a team to handle telephone referrals, manage appointments, handle batch mail, use online referral systems, and perform other hub duties as needed.

You should have an excellent telephone manner to make patients feel comfortable when calling the Administration Hub.

You must work well in a small team and collaborate effectively with the wider MHICT team.

This role is in a dynamic team where flexibility, adaptability, and good communication skills are essential.
