I am currently recruiting on a behalf of a well established and Global client based in Ipswich seeking a Inventory Co-Ordinator to join their global team.
Are you experienced in the field of Inventory Coordination, Stock controller, logistics or Parts administration ?

The Role:
- Responsible for the coordination of all stock inventory tasks, ensuring receipt, storage, product data and stock management is accurately maintained and completed
- Responsible for manging stock control processes & procedures, covering but not limited to: Goods receipt, Stock movement, Stock invoicing ,Cycle counting, Aged stock, Dispatch
- Ensuring administration and records are completed within required timings.
- Support Inventory and Warehouse teams with reporting and monitoring of stock levels and locations
- Ensuring processes are documented and managed efficiently, seeking and implementing continuous improvements.
- Responsible for cycle and annual stock counts, ensuring accuracy KPI levels are achieved
- Monitor and report on Inventory KPIs, implementing actions and collaborate across multiple functions ensuring key metrics and performance is achieved
- Manage stock & product related master data tasks and cover all associated administration.
- Support relevant crossfunctional working and collaborate with other departments

- Able to work on own or in a small team and with minimum supervision
- Would ideally like someone who can hit the ground running if possible please, and would therefore expect to pay the higher end of the salary.
