We are looking for methodical and dedicated a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Didcot. You will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service Department in ensuring service level targets are achieved.Location:
Didcot
Hours: 35 hours, Monday - Friday
Primary duties for Customer Service Advisor:
- Preparing and processing orders received from customers
- High volume data processing with accuracy and attention to detail being key
- Respond to telephone and written requests from customers and clients, to agreed service levels.
- Communicate effectively with customers/clients to actively resolve issues, in line with agreed service levels
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Initiative and problemsolving abilities
- Able to work as part of a team
- Organised, selfmotivated and accurate
