Salary:
£28,000 - £32,000
Location:
Frimley, GU16 7ER (daily on-site attendance required)
Our client currently have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join their commercial team on a defence contract based at Frimley.
The role will be assisting the commercial and operational teams to comply with all commercial and administration processes and procedures whilst ensuring a successful project outcome.
- Previous experience of processing invoices / supplier payments
- Experience of COINS or similar payment system (desirable)
- Experience working with subcontractors would be beneficial
- Good communicator and attention to detail
- Good IT Skills ability to learn new systems quickly
You would be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating commercial trackers
- Ordering of materials via COINS purchase ledger
- Processing Purchase Orders and delivery notes for supplier payments
- Validation and payment of subcontractor invoices
- Preparing quotes for client and updating registers
