Description
We are recruiting for an exciting role with a busy well established and growing company in Redditch. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their busy team.

This is a busy rewarding role where you can really make a difference with regards tothe companies projects and see it through from start to completion.

**The Project Coordinator key duties include:

  • Coordinate information related to multiple projects and distributed the information / task to the responsible parties and follow up on delivery dates.
  • Maintain a register of all project documents by regular updates of related logs to track all documents.
  • Coordinate project team weekly progress meetings; draft, release agendas and minutes
  • Track and report on project plan progress for cost and schedule reporting, change control and analysing areas with deviations from the project plan
  • Ensure all project documentation is compliant with project formats and assist in completion
  • Prepare project plans including, cost plan, change management plan, communications plan, risk plan and liaise with other departments for required document deliverables
  • Maintain and monitor project issue logs and provide support to the other departments to
ensure on time delivery as required.
Project management and/or project coordination experience is essential to be considered for this role.
