I am recruiting for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator / Client Services Professional to join a family ran Independent & Chartered Financial Advice Firm in Poole.

You will be welcomed into beautiful office space within a warm and friendlyteam.

This position is a fantastic role to be within as you are working the whole case with your assigned advisor and assisting the case through to completion, building relationships with your clients over time.

This role has the luxury of offering hybridworking and flexibility in return of a fantastic work ethic and a 'can do' and willing attitude.

We are happy to support progression internally as well as pay for relevant qualifications. Progression to Paraplanner, Advisor etc.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of new business as well as administrative support for existing clients.


Duties include:

  • Work effectively within the client servicing team to ensure that high service levels are provided to both internal and external clients.
  • Manage regular communication with clients and employees both facetoface and by written and telephone correspondence.
  • Dealing with the daily administration and submission of new business accurately and in a timeefficient manner.
  • Obtaining and preparing client review paperwork including client valuation reports.
  • Ensure that company systems and databases are kept up to date for audit purposes.
