Our client is a new generation creative media business based in Central London.

They are behind some of the most inspiring and already iconic projects on our screens now and have taken the development of company brands to a new level, with unrivalled integrityand creativity.


There is now a unique opportunity for a paralegal to join this successful company, as part of the Legal and Business Affairs team.


You will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and reviewing commercial and a broad range of commercial and productionbased agreements (e.g. Talent agreements) for both internal and client based campaigns and negotiating commercial terms
  • Providing day to day legal & business affairs advice
  • Maintaining Legal filing systems
  • Assisting the General Counsel with updates to company policy
You will be a pro-active problem solver and people person. You will have good commercial contracts drafting experience and a solid knowledge of IP. Some exposure to the creative sector (whether it's in film, TV, creative agency or other) would be ideal.


You will work with the General Counsel as part of a broader Legal and Business Affairs team and also with a number of other key stakeholders.

Working knowledge of the CAP and BCAP codes is preferred but not essential; what will be important is a sense ofcuriosity and a desire to learn.
