Dispute & Refund Administrator

Hybrid working (Corby)

The D&R Administrator is responsible for picking up and resolving customer queries and disputes to closure, and working with the relevant team via CI Methods to reduce the original reason for disputes where there are repeating errors during the Order to Cash chain.

What you will be doing:

On the day to day, you will be working to resolve disputes, refunds and year-old debt.

Through building a stronger understanding the Order-to-Cash process, and working with the relevant teams on root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, you will be demonstrating ongoing improvement opportunities for delivering excellent customer service.

You'll be working on reducing customer disputes by reason codes over time, as well as reducing the overall volume and value of year-old debt.

What we are looking for from you:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage with other teams to resolve issues.
Keen focus on Customer Service
A logical approach to troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems, both technical and nontechnical within Accounts Receivable
Demonstrate the ability or have experience working in a fastpaced and changing environment.
An analytical eye, and attention to detail to protect us from bad debt losses by keen risk awareness and focus on aging debt,
Seek continual service improvement opportunities
Good reporting and analytical skills; ability to document and communicate in written and verbal forms with ease
