As a
Senior Job Coach you are key to achieving this, you will be supporting and training the Job Coaches with key performance indicators.

Ensuring that quality and compliance are being met and mentoring the Job Coaches. So what will you be doing?

  • Mentor and support the training of Job Coaches within the team
  • Support the Contract Manager in compiling performance data and in supporting the team to achieve the contractual KPI's
  • Undertake a 360 degree role; from initial contact with participant to supporting them in meeting their agreed goals, to liaising with external stakeholders and with employers.
  • To ensure performance and targets are met as required by contractual requirements. To achieve individual daily, weekly and monthly targets as set by the Department Manager.
  • Engaging participants referred to the Programme, assessing their support and development needs and working with them to coproduce an action plan into sustainable employment.
  • Liaise with the IWS Job coach to undertake in work support activities to ensure an individual is able to maintain their employment and wellbeing. Identifying any risk and mitigating risk to ensure objectives/goals can be met.
  • Working with partners to contribute to and influence the development of the participant's action plan. This could include warm handovers from JCP, integration of support delivered by health providers, or agreeing joint delivery of support with local authority social services.
  • Motivate participants while managing and facilitating their journey into sustainable employment, based on their coproduced action plan.
What you'll need;

  • Be able to demonstrate ability and experience of coaching and influencing
  • Have a genuine passion to make a difference to customers.
  • You'll be great at building rapport
  • Good attention to detail & organisation skills are vital due to the compliance needed

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
