Location - Guildford, Surrey, UK

Job type - Permanent

Contract type - Full time 40 hours per week

Hybrid working - Two days office, three days remote (after successful probation)

Salary Range - £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

The Role


To support the Group Commercial Team working on major clients and new potential clients (RFP) for all aspects of Household Goods and Relocation.

To assist with data gathering and analysis in order to build and, or update pricing matrices.

To provide reports and analysis to help the Commercial Teams manage the K2 Partner Network efficiently.


Hours of work
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Hybrid working applies after successful completion of probation, two days based in our Guildford or Sweden office as needed to perform the role and build relationships which is an integral part of the K2 culture within the business

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting with collating and processing RFP rates.
  • Prepare Ad hoc rate request.
  • Profit margin analysis and understanding of commercial processes.
  • Assist Prepare benchmarking reports and any data as and when required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global partner network.
  • Support with the management, tracking, resolution of escalation/issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with preparing data for partner reviews.
  • Assist with preparing content for regular client and partner updates.
  • Costing of K2 UK / Europe moves and assisting K2 overseas offices with rates.
  • Processing vendor invoices, queries and follow ups.
  • Purchase Orders and following up or adding the billing of these additional costs.
  • Regularly update internal data bases in a timely manner.
  • Project work as and when required.
  • General support to the Group Commercial Team, whether ad hoc or planned.
  • Any other tasks as required by the needs of the business.

Company

  • Project the company's image to all customers and partners.
  • Maintain close relationships with other members of Operations, Management, Sales and Accounts staff.

Accountability

  • As part of the role, the job holder will be responsible for the processing of information, which may be special category data by nature. The job holder is obliged to follow the company Data Protection, Information Security Polices.
  • Full compliance and understanding whilst demonstrating full principles of all accredited ISO regulations.
