Sulis Hospital has an opportunity for an Hospital Administrator, Sulis Hospital offer a pioneer in patient care and experience in pre
- and post-operative care for a wide range of elective surgical procedures

Role & Responsibilities:

Downloading all ERS referrals from NHS Referral System
Compiling patient files for appropriate outpatient appointment
Communicating with patients to ensure previous scan information is available
Answering telephone queries in a professional and timely manner
Processing IPT paperwork in preparation for outpatient clinic in a professional and timely manner
Other office type duties as required

Person Specification:

Experience in a similar role within a healthcare environment would be advantageous
Time Management Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
