Sulis Hospital has an opportunity for an Hospital Administrator, Sulis Hospital offer a pioneer in patient care and experience in pre
- and post-operative care for a wide range of elective surgical procedures


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Downloading all ERS referrals from NHS Referral System
  • Compiling patient files for appropriate outpatient appointment
  • Communicating with patients to ensure previous scan information is available
  • Answering telephone queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing IPT paperwork in preparation for outpatient clinic in a professional and timely manner
  • Other office type duties as required

Person Specification:


  • Experience in a similar role within a healthcare environment would be advantageous
  • Time Management Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
