Finance Administrator (Accounts)
PART TIME, HOURS PER WEEK
Office based, Stretford Manchester.
Flexibility on days / working hours between Mon - Fri 8:30 - 17:00
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work part time, for a good company in a professional office environment.
Ideally you would have some experience working in a finance team but this isn't required.
However you must be a good administrator, confident inputting data into systems with attention to detail and accuracy.
Full training will be provided and you will have a regular and consistent workload inputting purchase invoices onto the system and completing a range of administrative tasks to support the Finance team.
Gleave is an established industrial supplies specialist providing a diverse product range including Adhesive, Tapes, Sealants, PPE, Tools, Paints and Hygiene supplies to blue-chip organisations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inputting purchase invoices
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Filing supplier invoices and credit notes
- Issuing monthly customer statements and other documentation as required
- Assisting with any other administrative tasks to meet business requirements.
