6 month temporary position

About Our Client:

Working for a large Business services organisation.

  • Assisting the Commercial Operations Director
  • International with day to day financial jobs
  • Preparation of management accounts including balance sheet reconciliations.
  • VAT and PAYE payment processing.
  • Processing and payment of staff expenses.
  • Liaising with other company departments and staff.
  • Maintaining up to date personal skills & knowledge.
  • Upholding professional codes of conduct and confidentiality at all times whilst representing the business.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records and data.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing Company Post.
  • Maintaining accurate monthly schedules of creditors and debtors for the company.
  • Keeping cashflow forecasts up to date and reconciling with banks.
  • Creation and processing of sales and purchase invoices for both business units.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the senior management team.

The Successful Applicant:


We are looking for someone who is immediately available and possesses the skills above to fulfil this position on a 6 month basis.
