6 month temporary position- Hybrid working
About Our Client:
Working for a large Business services organisation.
- Assisting the Commercial Operations Director
- International with day to day financial jobs
- Preparation of management accounts including balance sheet reconciliations.
- VAT and PAYE payment processing.
- Processing and payment of staff expenses.
- Liaising with other company departments and staff.
- Maintaining up to date personal skills & knowledge.
- Upholding professional codes of conduct and confidentiality at all times whilst representing the business.
- Maintaining and updating customer records and data.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing Company Post.
- Maintaining accurate monthly schedules of creditors and debtors for the company.
- Keeping cashflow forecasts up to date and reconciling with banks.
- Creation and processing of sales and purchase invoices for both business units.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the senior management team.
The Successful Applicant:
We are looking for someone who is immediately available and possesses the skills above to fulfil this position on a 6 month basis.
