We are currently recruiting a permanent Senior Sales Negotiator for our client in Hatfield.


Senior Sales Negotiator Job Details:

  • Registering new applicants and matching properties to potential buyers
  • Arranging viewings and showing potential buyers around properties
  • Liaise between buyers and vendors to agree purchase price
  • Assisting the sales process
  • Valuing and listing of new properties
  • With time, learning how to value properties

Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and own transport; fuel allowance and parking will be provided
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Profession and have customer service skills
  • A team player as well as able to work on own initiative

Senior Sales Negotiator Package:

  • Salary between £27,000£32,000, plus commissions
  • Mileage expenses paid
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday
  • 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
