Campbell Tickell are seeking an Interim Head of Property Services on behalf of a Housing Association based in London.

Responsibilities:


  • To be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and management delivering customer focussed, efficient and effective Asset Management and Property Services.
  • Accountable for responsive repairs and maintenance.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Essential experience of working in the housing sector.
  • Previous managerial experience and leading a team.

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£400.00-£550.00 per day

  • Monday to Friday
