Job description:

We are seeking a Resident Service Advisor for a new 335-apartment scheme in Sheffield City Centre which includes exclusive amenities such as gyms, roof terraces, and private dining rooms for our residents, who include professionals, families, and sharers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lettings:
Achieve full occupancy by managing enquiry channels, conducting viewings, and negotiating lease agreements.
Conduct enthusiastic and informative viewings to encourage prospective residents to rent with us.
Retain existing residents through renewals and reletting vacant apartments.
Manage the endtoend tenancy process, including referencing, deposits, ASTs, checkout and checkin inspections, and coordinating cleaning or repairs.
Customer Service:
Deliver a warm and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Respond to questions and complaints promptly, addressing and resolving issues.
Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor visits, ensuring successful completion.
Actively seek feedback through platforms like Google reviews and Homeviews to improve the overall experience.
Promote community engagement through onsite events and local partnerships.
Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses for our loyalty program.
Conduct regular property walkarounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.

Your Profile:

Highly organized and thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Sales mentality and experience, preferably in lettings.
Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Willingness to solve challenges and take initiative.
Previous experience in residential property (PRS, BTR, or PBSA) and knowledge of lettings, property management, and H&S legislation in England preferred.
