A well-known dealership, based in Lancashire, are looking to recruit a full-time Senior Service Advisor for their award-winning business. The company offers a social and friendly environment as well as on-going development and progression. Several internal promotions have led to the role being recruited. The key responsibility of the position will be to liaise between customers and service technicians.


The key duties will include:

  • Welcome all customers at Service Reception in a warm and professional manner
  • Advise customers of any additional work required
  • Book vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
  • Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle

Essential Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
  • You must have a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills as well as being an effective communicator.
