About us:


The department of UCL Innovation & Enterprise sits within the Office of the UCL Vice-Provost (Research, Innovation & Global Engagement).


About the role:

We're looking for a Communications Officer who can help to deliver the UCL Innovation & Enterprise's communications plan.

Helping more of UCL's staff and students engage in innovation and enterprise (knowledge exchange) activities, whilst building UCL's reputation externally as a leader in this area.


This is a diverse and exciting role and is likely to appeal to someone with experience of working in a communications role and an interest in higher education and knowledge exchange.


About you:


You will have experience of managing and developing social media channels, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content, using effective hashtags, reporting and analysing efforts to deliver regular communication reports.

You will also have experience in fostering and growing an active and engaged social media community, as well as staying informed of the latest trends and developments.

You will have experience in delivering digital campaigns, as well as general support for managing and delivering events.

You will have strong content creation skills, including written and visual. You will also have experience in liaising with external suppliers, freelancers and organisations to produce and deliver communication content.


You will be experienced in working with people from all levels of seniority as well as building relationships with key internal to UCL and external stakeholders.
