Description

We now have exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Operator to join one of our major client's team based in the Worthing area.

Start Date:
ASAP

Pay Rate:
£13.74PAYE

Available Shift Patterns:8 am till 5pm**
Duration: 6 month contract minimum

General help desk role arranging maintenance works
First point of contact for incoming telephone calls
Undertake other duties commensurate with the job role as directed
Approach to problem solving
Experience of working within help desk role is essential.
A previous customer service representative or frontline support role is desirable.
