REED Business Support Bath is delighted to be working with company based on the outskirts of Bath in their search for a HR Administrator.

This role is based in BA2.

This role a permanent role

  • M-F, full time hours,
- hybrid - part office part home.

Supporting the HR team your duties will include:

  • You will provide administrative support across all areas of HR activity especially in recruitment and new starter administration
  • You will assist in the management of applicants, supporting through to offer, undertake preemployment checks and create new starter profiles on our HR systems
  • You will also support training administration
  • In addition, you will also maintain current records for staff (changes to contracts, pay reviews, annual leave, absence management, pension updates etc.)
  • Be educated to A Level or equivalent
  • Have had exposure to the HR function
  • Have a proven track record in administration
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases
  • Have experience of prioritising workloads and delivering on targets in a busy working environment
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Be empathetic, supportive and able to build positive relationships at all levels across the organisation and externally.
  • Be a selfstarter, motivated and flexible
  • Have a positive attitude to problem solving
