Due to unprecedented success, Social Work Partners are looking for the next cohort of talented Recruitment Consultants to match our exciting growth plans for 2023 onwards.

We are looking to build a Cambridge based team, to add to our existing teams basedacross the UK.

We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers who are ready to take the first steps into the recruitment industry.

Job Role:


  • Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
processed efficiently
and internal teams

  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Identify and progress leads as required

Industry experience is not essential as full training will be given, the key attribute is a can-do attitude and for someone to grasp thisopportunity to be part of a company that is going from strength to strength.

Salary:

Basic salary starting at £18,000 - £20,000 (for Trainee/Resourcers) + commission

Promotion to Recruitment Consultant after qualifying period and increase in basic salary to £23,000 + commission

Clear set increases in basic salary upon set benchmarks in billings - We are a meritocracy, good work is continuously rewarded
