Exam Invigilator

i-teachers are currently working with exceptional secondary schools across London who are looking to appoint a team of Exam Invigilators to support them throughout the busy exam period.

Are you looking to gain school experience before starting your teacher training?

If so, you could be a perfect fit for our Exam Invigilator positions

Please note that due to the nature of this role, flexibility is required to work in different locations on a short-term basis.

We are able to offer an hourly rate of £ £14.50, with typical requests being half or full days. Full training will be provided.

Exam Invigilator - responsibilities

Supporting the Exams team with the day to day running of the exams
Setting up the room before
Reporting of incidents to the Exams Officer
Ensuring the exams run in a timely manner

Supervising KS

KS5 students throughout their exams
Collecting exam papers
Tidying the exam rooms after
Ensuring students are sat in the correct seats

Exam Invigilator - requirements

Strong academic background e.g GCSEs in English and Maths (minimum)
Must be reliable
Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
Must have excellent organisation skills
Be available from March
June 202
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Confident personality the ability to address large groups of pupils is essential
