Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 9QD
£23,400 per annum
Permanent, full time Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week
Shift Pattern: 6am - 2pm / 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm on a rota basis

Every day you will...
- Manage all telephone and online queries raised by workers such as customer
ensuring all are handled in a supportive manner to encourage a continued effective
- Have effective usage of customer support systems, ensuring appropriate resolution of incoming queries and all activity tracked in the correct manner.
- Working with the wider Shared Service centre to support the continuous improvement and development of the Bookings function, in order to meet client, business and regulatory requirements.
