Our client is an established, globally recognised investment management firm with stunning offices in the City of London, within walking distance from main stations such as Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street and Cannon Street.


They are currently looking for an experienced Part Time Executive Assistant to join them ASAP until approximately August 2024 within the European Private Equity Solutions team, with a focus on the 2 Directors.

From time-to-time help to support the Investor Relations team in both London and Zurich will be required too.

This is an incredibly busy role so the successful EA will be calm, able to work under pressure and have experience supporting across all levels within financial services.

The core hours for this role will be 08.30am until 4.30pm Tuesday through until Thursday on a weekly basis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO;

  • Managing complex diaries and protecting time for multiple highlevel members of the team
  • Receiving, screening and directing incoming calls
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Complex global travel itineraries
  • Creating presentations, content and completing research where required
  • Manage committee meetings including agenda, scheduling, minuting and tracking actions
  • Monthly expense processing
WHO YOU ARE;

  • Corporate administrative experience, or ideally 5 years within global finance
  • An effective relationship builder with experience supporting Director level or above
  • An active multitasker with a keen attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure is imperative for this role to ensure that you can hit the ground running
  • Result orientated and adapts well to change
