Our client, a well-established, muti-credited and highly regarded private legal practice, are looking to recruit a Senior Solicitor to lead their Employment team based in their Sheffield office.


Employment services are both Claimant and Respondent, as our client offers the services at both personal client and business level.


  • Contracts of Employment and Staff Handbooks.
  • Business Transfers and TUPE.
  • Employment Tribunal Claims.
  • Unfair Dismissal.
  • Discrimination.
  • Handling Redundancy and Re-Structuring.
  • Restrictive Covenants and Confidentiality.
  • Settlement Agreements.
  • Maternity and other familyfriendly rights.
  • Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures.
  • General HR Advice and Support.
Previous Managerial / Supervisory experience preferred.


Salary:
£50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
