Due to constant growth, our client is now looking to recruit a Romanian Speaking Customer Service Advisor for their team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide technical support for a range of key clients in English and Romanian
Log all incidents on relevant software systems
Diagnose technical faults and providing over the phone solutions
Escalate technical queries to the relevant department
Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently

Skills & Experience

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian
Driven to deliver high levels of Customer Service
Flexible approach to working hours
Professional telephone manner
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions

About Express Recruitment

Vacancy Summary

Hours:
Mon - Sun (5:30am - 10pm) - 8,5 hr shifts (typically one day of the weekend - Sat or Sunday - every 3 weeks)

c£22,900 per annum D.O.E
