I have a terrific opportunity for an
Assistant Accountant to work for an established business based in Yeovil.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your days will be varied and diverse.

Using your commercially oriented mindset you will be pivotal in solving problems using the data on hand producing management accounts amongst other things.


Excel skills and ambition to progress are a must

Key Responsibilities:


  • Fixed asset register and depreciation
  • Usage calculations and cost recharges
  • Analysis of nominal coding's
  • Monthly end stock take valuation
  • Accruals and Creditors
  • Tonnage reports
  • Transport round reports
  • Rubbish monitoring/reports
  • ISO Quarterly reports
  • Cash flow forecast
This is very much a snapshot of what will be a challenging but rewarding role.
