THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are working with a West Yorkshire based Manufacturing business who are looking to add a Engineering Administrator.

THE JOB:

This is a full time, permanent role, based on site in Wakefield

Within this role you will work with a team of 3 engineering managers, whilst overseeing engineering rota's, management of fleet issues, reporting of holiday, sickness and performance data

As well as this:

Analyse data and drive costs savings, including mileage, fuel stops, vehicle damage, device damage, agency labour costs
Monitoring of uniform, ID badges and tool distribution
Inbox management & raising addition engineer visits each day
Processing of timesheets
Arrangement of hire vans, servicing appointments, and general fleet management

THE PERSON:

This role would suit someone with a coordinating or administration background, as well as possessing:

Accurate data entry skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Working with backlogs and other case work
Proven experience within an administration role
Proactive team player

THE BENEFITS:
