Are you an experienced Paralegal with experience in Trusts & Estates or Commercial Property? Bell Cornwall Recruitment are assisting our clients in recruiting for this role.


The Role:

  • Meeting speculative clients on an exploratory basis and answering generic queries
  • Assisting with Will Preparation
  • Registering and drafting of LPAs and EPA
  • Drafting oaths and IHT 205 forms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within a similar role in Trusts & Estates or knowledge of
