Head of Product in a
renowned organisation within the training and learning sector.

The Product Development Department consists of 13 people and is seeking a new leader.

About the Role - Head of Product:

As the
Head of Product, leading the Product Development Department of 13, you'll
oversee the development of an array of products, including new qualifications.

Your primary goal will be to
spearhead the team, ensuring the
timely release of products while
maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities - Head of Product:

Planning:

Construct and manage a 12
month rolling product development plan.
Organise monthly product development meetings in line with business strategies.

Development:

Oversee clarity in product plans and ensure products are delivered on time.
Achieve a 90% ontime delivery standard without compromising on quality.

Product Quality:

Champion the revered standard of product quality set by the organisation.

Team Management:

Lead and nurture a product team of 13, ensuring objectives are met with precision and excellence.

Skills / Experience Required - Head of Product:

Prior experience in project and stakeholder management.
Proven track record in designing training, qualifications, and assessments in an awarding organisation.
Demonstrable experience working with budgets and targets.
Robust leadership skills.
Deep understanding of UK qualification regulation systems.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
