Impression Recruitment are currently working with an established service provider in Harrogate that are seeking a
Training Programme Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

The rolerequires a good understanding of Zoom/MS Teams, alongside excellent interpersonal abilities.

You will be working alongside colleagues to ensure that the business provides first class training courses to their clients on a regular basis.


As Training Programme Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking client bookings for selected training courses
  • Assisting with any IT issues relating to remote courses via Zoom/Teams
  • Preparing and proofreading learning material/documentation
  • Updating client records on the internal system
  • Maintaining internal databases
  • Scheduling training courses
  • Booking in facilitators for courses
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Arranging travel requirements
  • Creating and processing invoices

Skills required:


  • Must have excellent IT skills including MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Zoom
  • Be able to solve problems efficiently and effectively
  • Be able to build rapport with clients to establish relationships
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload
