Impression Recruitment are currently working with an established service provider in Harrogate that are seeking a
Training Programme Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

The rolerequires a good understanding of Zoom/MS Teams, alongside excellent interpersonal abilities.You will be working alongside colleagues to ensure that the business provides first class training courses to their clients on a regular basis.
As Training Programme Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Taking client bookings for selected training courses
- Assisting with any IT issues relating to remote courses via Zoom/Teams
- Preparing and proofreading learning material/documentation
- Updating client records on the internal system
- Maintaining internal databases
- Scheduling training courses
- Booking in facilitators for courses
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Arranging travel requirements
- Creating and processing invoices
Skills required:
- Must have excellent IT skills including MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Zoom
- Be able to solve problems efficiently and effectively
- Be able to build rapport with clients to establish relationships
- Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload
