About this Role:


Based within our lovely Cardiff office, wihthin our Fexco Property Services brand, we are looking for a Business Development Assistant to join our ever growing Business Development team.

The primary responsibility is the administration of loading onboarding properties to our systems in readiness for management of the developments.


Some Responsibilities and Goals you'll own:

  • Obtaining required documents from Developers and / or Solicitors
  • Uploading the developments on to Qube (our in house system) including budgets, schedules and apportionment set up
  • Loading Management Companies on to Qube following incorporation
  • Liaising with clients regarding handovers into management
  • Any other adhoc admin tasks

Must Have Skills:


  • Fantastic attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  • You will be practical and have good prioritisation skills
  • You will have a hands on attitude, and able to build relationships with other colleagues
  • Team player part of a close knit team of four, but evergrowing

Bonus / Superhero Skills:


  • Property experience this is not essential, but if you have worked within the property sector before, we want to hear from you
