Collections Administrator - Basingstoke - 12 month Fixed Term ContractFully office based
Open to experienced administrators, or graduates looking to gain experience in a busy finance office

Butler Rose is pleased to be working with a leading financial services company dedicated to providing exceptional solutions and services to a diverse clientele across the UK.
As Collections Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our financial services company by efficiently supporting the collections in all thing credit admin.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the team mailbox ensuring correspondence is responded to and filed correctly and in a prompt and timely manner.
- Maintain and improve customer/client data.
- Manage and maintain department filing.
- Handle inbound telephone enquiries from main telephone number in a professional manner.
- Administer requests such as copy invoice and statement requests.
- Running daily arrears reports and updating spreadsheets.
- Run weekly/monthly creditor information reports.
- Complete uptodate credit checks for existing customers in arrears.
- Adhoc duties, as required by the Head of Collections & Recoveries.
If you've got a good eye for / attention to detail, can worth pragmatically and methodically under pressure, and have an aptitude to learn new tasks quickly and to great effect, then this role will suit you well.
