Global Paid Media Manager


The Role


This person will work closely with the Global Paid Media Manager to execute all paid media in the UK and support our rapid expansion plans in the United States.

We lead the way in developing award-winning People Operations, Learning and Talent Managementsolutions for global brands including Aston Martin, Nestle, McDonald's, Morrisons, Barclays and many more.

The Role

  • Identify paid media opportunities to increase lead volumes
  • Implement relevant tracking codes in GTM
  • Scope, plan, & create market leading PPC campaigns that outrank the competition with support from the Global Paid Media Manager
  • Run regular keyword research
  • Work with the content team to create content for campaigns
  • Provide PPC insights into the Global Paid Media Manager, highlighting areas for improvement, expansion, and continued success
  • Work with the Global Paid Media Manager to continuously optimise all ad accounts
  • Highlights opportunities on the website for CRO

What We're Looking For

  • Current knowledge of PPC practices and techniques is essential to this role.
  • A resultorientated, selfmotivated, and strategic individual who is dedicated to process improvements.
  • Confidence in managing technical aspects of PPC and paid media platforms used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • An analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams.

The Skill Set:


  • 3+ years experience in managing large PPC accounts
  • B2B experience is essential
  • Be an inhouse expert for all platforms; Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
  • Create engaging ads to promote Kallidus products and generate leads
  • Good experience with GoogleAnalytics and Data Studio
  • Knowledge of landing page optimisation to improve conversions
  • Ability to contextualise data and communicate results
  • Knowledge of social media and SEO to enable you to work with the wider team to optimise campaigns
  • Experience running PPC campaigns in North America is advantageous but not essential
