Product Coordinator Job in Christchurch
Do you have a passion for product and want to get into fun and varied position? If you have some experience working in retail, and a love for organisation, and project management, this could be the role for you


We are recruiting with our highly successful, stable and growing client in Christchurch to find them their next Product Coordinator who will be tracking product development projects alongside the Product Manager, checking new product samples, nalsing productsin store, and producing product and design briefs.


As Product Coordinator you will be:

  • Doing day to day administration and assisting the smooth running of the categories
  • Chasing internal and external stakeholders for information
  • Managing cross functional relationships with our overseas office
  • Managing samples into and out of the business
  • Working with a diverse portfolio of products
  • Producing presentations for customer meetings
  • Sending out courier packages
  • Dealing with any account issues with your Product Manager
  • Ensuring projects are within timeline including supporting in managing the critical path
  • Doing regular market washouts and comp shopping to ensure market awareness
  • Raising product and design briefs and managing system uploads
  • Uploading documents to customer portals

What we're looking for:


  • Passion for product and an interest in retail
  • A willingness to learn and improve and have a 'hands on' approach
  • Appetite to learn new categories and explore new product ranges
  • Strong time management and a proactive work ethic

Salary & Benefits for the Product Coordinator:

  • £20
  • 25,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday per annum, increasing to 27 days after 3 years' service and 30 days after 5 years' service
