Description
The Role
To produce flex7 products to a high quality and to generally help in improving the productivity of the assembly process.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Produce flex7 products as directed.
- Where possible identify areas for improvement in the production process and communicate your findings.
- After suitable training, operate special purpose jigs, fixtures and machines as required as part of the production process.
- Report shortages of materials or equipment required or likely to be required for ongoing or upcoming assembly processes.
- Uphold the high standard of product quality by continuous inspection of own work.
- Help to keep the production area clean and tidy.
- Move equipment and products as requested, utilising available equipment where qualified and authorised to do so.
- Assist in packing and shipping products as required or directed.
- Ensure that your own and, if directed by the manager, others production is electrically & mechanically safe and meets the required quality standards.
- Work in accordance with flex7's Health & Safety Policy.
- Work in accordance with the intentions and requirements of the Equal Opportunities policy.
- Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be requested.

Qualifications/Experience
- No particular experience as training can be undertaken on the job.
Package
- Starting Salary £23,400.00 per annum
- Hours of work 37.5 per week Monday to Friday 8.30am 4.45pm
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Company sick pay scheme after qualifying period

Salary:
£12.00 per hour
