Job Summary:

Duties:

Support and implement lesson plans created by the class teacher that meet the individual needs of students
Create a positive and engaging learning environment
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Utilize different teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience

Experience:

Previous experience working with primary school children (Desired, not essential)
Experience in toddler care or special education is a plus
Ability to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is desirable
