Our client is a growing ED&I consulting and recruitment business with offices in London and Amsterdam.

They were born out of a passion for equity, diversity and inclusion and the knowledge that diverse workforces are more innovative, effective, adaptableand ultimately, more profitable.

Through both their recruitment and consultancy divisions they deliver inclusive solutions across finance, HR, legal and marketing.

They are a full-service firm, recruiting for permanent, temporary, interim and contract roles,as well as creating bespoke ED&I consultancy services.

The role


This is a hybrid role, and the successful applicant's time will be split across their London office (Clerkenwell) and working remotely.

Reporting into their Head of Operations, this role is really varied and will provide administrative support across recruitingand consulting.


The main duties will include:


Compliance - working with the recruiters to ensure all of their contractor workers are fully referenced before they start their role.


Administration - working with the recruiters and partners on a wide range of duties from travel, expense management, diary management, room booking, assisting with event organising.

You will be fully trained on how to do this.

About you

You don't need bags of specific office experience for this role although some would be helpful. Your attitude is much more important. You will have some experience of Word and Outlook. If you have any previous database experience, that would also be beneficial.
