Business Development ExecutiveManchester
£25,000 - £30,000 (£50K OTE)
You will work to develop customers' hire needs from a variety of sources including existing, prospects, lapsed, existing and our major customers.
Once you start to develop potential new customer needs and wants you will work closely with the account executivesto smoothly transact, process and complete orders as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Develop a strong knowledge of your account base
- Create a sales pipeline
- Provide bespoke pricing to customers and ensure they uphold their spend pledge
- Monitor competitor activity
- Link in with Field Sales if customer visit is necessary
- Cross sell and Up sell
- Work towards KPI's and targets
