Do you have experience of working in a mental health setting? We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our service in Chesterfield, to work 3 night shifts (12hrs) per week, with the opportunity to pick up more shifts at any of our Company sites.


What we'd like from you:

  • Previous experience within a healthcare setting required.
  • Care Certificate /NVQ QCF Health & Social Care L2 willing to work to L
  • Previous experience leading a team required.
  • A strong sense of responsibility.
  • Reliable & trustworthy.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility and strong "can do" attitude.
  • Quality orientation.

What we'd like to give you:
