2nd Line Support Engineer(remote)

£25,000 to £30,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits including 25 days holiday, private medical, and excellent training & development opportunities etc.

Our key client, a growing IT support and solutions provider, are looking for a remote 2nd Line Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

This organisation is built on excellent core values and are going through a sustained period of growth, resultingin several new hires in the business, including this 2nd Line Support Engineer.

The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be home-based but needs to be prepared and able to make occasional site visits in London at short notice.

The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will be joining a rewarding company that will actively support you with professionaltraining and qualifications.

Essential skills:

Strong communication skills
MS365 & Azure AD
At least a couple of years' experience in IT support
Basic network troubleshooting ability
