£24K - £26K plus bonus, plus uncapped referral programme, plus Broker Trainee Programme

In the last 2 years, our company has grown by a third in terms of employees and currently has over £600 million in FUM (_Funds Under Management_).
Our Mortgage Brokerage offer first class service to our clients, we also offer a holistic approach to Wealth Management to our clients, as well as a Financial Education division to our company.
As our team continues to develop and grow, we require a Mortgage Administrator to support our growing Mortgage Brokerage team.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Mortgage Administrator
- The role will involve you taking responsibility for aspects of the mortgage sales process
- You will be supporting a growing Mortgage Brokerage Team with a significant amount of client contact and contact with the AAG Wealth Managers and Associate Wealth Managers
- You will be expected to continue to develop your skills and learn the mortgage business and continue taking relevant exams which will be provided by AAG.
The Role - Mortgage Administrator
- You will provide updates to clients, AAG Wealth Managers and lenders. These situations will require the use of excellent communication skills
- You will be responsible for building strong working relationships with clients and lenders and for maintaining the client database, ensuring information is regularly checked and updated
- This role would suit an individual who sees this as an opportunity to develop a thriving mortgage business within the office of a very successful Wealth Management practice
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
- Booking client meetings
- Diary management
- Data management
- Provide customer service to clients throughout the mortgage process
- Verify all mortgage documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update customer records
- Communicate effectively with clients, the Mortgage Team and the wider AAG Team
The Person - Mortgage Administrator
This is an interesting and varied role that would suit a confident, motivated and highly organised, individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do' working style.
- You will have been working as a Mortgage Administrator for a minimum of 1 year
- You are a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and have strong numerical and written skills
- Precision, efficiency, and the ability to spot errors in your own work are essential attributes for this role
- You are organised and able to work using your initiative within a busy team
- It is essential that as a Mortgage Administrator you are confident dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
- You have begun your journey pursuing a relevant mortgage qualification, such as the CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice or the LIBF Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP).
