Responsibilities:
- Inform customers of their account status.
- Check and update customer information.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Answer customer questions and requests.
- Explain benefits to customers.
- Explain plan membership status to customers.
- Provide information regarding member benefits such as health and life insurance, disability and prescription coverage, Medicare supplements, longterm care insurance and more.
- Help members enroll in, or change their health plan.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
