Senior Financial Accountant - Real Estate

We're recruiting on behalf of one of the world's leading real estate businesses. Its mission is to overcome any real estate challenges by utilising innovation to become a proactive force in shaping both urban and rural environments for the better.

What you'll be doing:


Working alongside the Head of Financial Reporting, the Senior Financial Accountant will play a leading role within the finance team by providing key stakeholders with astute technical and analytical advice.

You'll ensure that monthly and quarterly financial reporting is delivered on time and to a high standard.

What we need you to bring to the business:

ACA/ACCA qualification:

Significant experience of producing financial statement & reports:


  • Strong technical background with good understanding of IFRS/IFRS16:

A proven track record of quickly building and maintaining key internal stakeholder relationships:


  • A confident, 'hands on' attitude:

Emotionally intelligent with the confidence to influence decision making
